Arrival and Departure
No.1 hotel room is open to check in from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with the guest and the management.
Rooms will be reserved until 4:00pm on the day of arrival after which the room will be let out, unless an exception has been agreed upon by the guest and the management.
In case of arrival after 4:00 pm, if there are any rooms available, reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card or other methods agreed upon by the management. If the guest arrives at the hotel at the agreed time and the room reserved is not available, the hotel is obliged to arrange an equivalent room with no charges incurred.
For safety reasons, only check-in guests are allowed on private premises unless the other persons have been identified at the reception and/or by management
Payment
We accept transferred payment and most common debit cards (Visa card, MasterCard…). The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers or cheques unless the hotel has agreed to do so.
If payment is not made at the time of reservation or 48 hours after booking, it will be cancelled. But if you plan to pay on arrival, then you have to notify the hotel to update your reservation for payment at the hotel by cash or debit card or any other methods as agreed upon by the management.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival you will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival will incur a charge of one night’s stay. When guests don’t arrive and haven’t cancelled their reservation (a ‘no-show’), total cost of stay will be charged.
For group bookings of two or more rooms, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total stay if cancelled less than 2 days prior to the day of arrival. To cancel a booking we require written notice, by letter or email. By making a booking, customers agree to our cancellation policy.
